1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Hair products and hair accessories

  • Perfumes / fragrances

  • Jewelry (earrings and body jewelry)

  • Weight loss products

  • Beauty or personal care items

Returns for these items are only accepted if they are unused, sealed, and in original packaging.


3. Clothing, Shoes & Fashion Items

The following items are eligible for return within 14 days:

  • Clothes

  • Shoes

  • Handbags

Conditions:

  • Must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • No stains, perfume scent, or damage


4. Home, Kitchen & Lifestyle Products

Eligible for return within 14 days if unused:

  • Cups

  • Home decor

  • Kitchen utensils

  • Bedsheets

  • Pet supplies

  • Gym equipment or fitness accessories

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.


5. Electronics

Electronics can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

Electronics must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund


7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
